Next Generation Apartments
Elevation’s apartments challenge many of the ideas and conventions that have dictated how apartments have been designed and built over the last 20 years.
The architects were asked to create apartments that work better for every type of resident, whether you’re a young couple, a growing family, or a downsizer. The design team thought deeply about how you will live, creating better proportion, stronger connection, and easier flow between spaces.
They thought about working from home and created spaces for that. They thought about what you own, to provide the storage you’ll need. They thought about your comfort and drew on new technologies.
Modular construction
A once-in-a-generation shift in thinking. This same shift is seen in the way it has been chosen to build these apartments. Modular construction means a better apartment is offered at prices that are more than competitive and with specifications that often exceed local building requirements.
