Elevation comprises two buildings rising to six stories, Onewa and Onepoto, separated by the Te Ara Awatahi Greenway.
Back in 2018, the Northcote Development Company released land on Lake Road. Previously used for state housing, the land sits as part of a large-scale regeneration project for the area. Immediately, the Elevation team saw the opportunity to create premium apartments for people from all walks of life to enjoy. The secret was to provide more than buyers normally find in an apartment building.
Bringing decades of experience to the project, we succeeded in unlocking ways to provide lots of amenities while also enhancing the quality of the apartments themselves. It wasn’t a case of either/or, it was a case of both. The answer was found in modular construction, which will do more than create absolute consistency in the build quality.
